Stop Hurting Start Healing Counseling Degree Program
Program Overview
The Stop Hurting Start Healing degree program is a 30-semester-hour degree that will academically and spiritually prepare students to become a licensed counselor in the area of inner healing and physical wholeness. Students will learn how to sensitively address the emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of hurting people. This program will equip the student to walk people through their healing journey.
- Learning how to leave past hurts in the past.
- Start healing through the powerful force of forgiveness.
- Receive deliverance and be released into the promises of God emotionally, physically, spiritually, and generationally.
Throughout this program students will:
- Integrate the principles of counseling with biblically informed values.
- Develop counseling skills that require application of the Word of God.
- Apply acquired skills techniques to actual counseling situations.
- Develop counseling skills that will break curses and deal with roots of the past.
- Learn the Force of Forgiveness and develop God’s destiny for the believer.
